FPSS is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent clients in any legal capacity. Any legal work is performed solely by independent licensed attorneys.

2. No Legal, Tax, or Investment Advice

Information provided through FPSS is for educational and organizational purposes.
Nothing on our website, in documents, meetings, or communications should be interpreted as:

Any guarantee of outcomes

3. Independent Attorney Referrals

When appropriate, FPSS may connect clients with independent licensed attorneys for services that require legal expertise.

Any attorney-client relationship exists solely between you and the attorney.

FPSS does not supervise, control, or influence legal work.

Attorneys operate independently and determine their own fees, processes, or engagement terms.

FPSS may receive a standard professional referral fee for facilitating a connection.
This fee does not affect your cost and does not impact the legal services you receive.

FPSS remains neutral in any dispute or changes in your relationship with an attorney.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information and documents

Use FPSS services for lawful purposes only

Maintain responsibility for final decisions

Review all documents before signing or submission

Submitting fraudulent or altered documents is strictly prohibited.

5. Confidentiality & Data Handling

FPSS handles all client information with strict confidentiality.
Uploads, forms, and communications are protected using encrypted platforms including Box, Dropbox, and Google Workspace.

However, FPSS cannot guarantee absolute security of digital transmissions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

FPSS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

FPSS does not guarantee funding approvals, corporate approvals, or legal outcomes

FPSS is not liable for decisions made by attorneys, accountants, banks, lenders, or government offices

Your use of FPSS services is at your discretion and risk.

7. Service Modifications

FPSS may update services, pricing, platform tools, and policies at any time.
The latest version will always be posted on this website.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Barbados and the State of Florida (USA), depending on jurisdiction of service delivery.
